Governance at UUCC

Board members collaborate over the tenure of their leadership holding the vision and mission of the Unitarian Universalist Community Church in the fore.

The Unitarian Universalist Community Church’s Board of Trustees implements decisions and policies of the membership, conducts and approves all business transactions of the church, consistent with the bylaws. It establishes policies and appoints persons and committees as necessary to achieve these functions and fills vacancies among committee chairs until the next annual meeting. The Board of Trustees also implements the budget approved at the annual meeting with the provision that the Board may adjust that budget not to exceed ten percent of the total; and they publish a written Annual Report.
